Published Books

My books cover various topics that speak to my interests over time. The books on European Security Policy we authored while assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Brussels and subsequently while on the International Military Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. My memoir, Witness to History was written while I was CEO of the CGSC Foundation and later Transitions and Transitions 2.0 were written to support my work as CEO of the Center for Transitional Leadership.
